LJSpecialties

LJSpecialties does home waterproofing in the Feasterville-Trevose area for residential and commercial customers, with more than 30 years of experience. It builds its work around its own formulated products, called LJS systems. These include a waterproof coating system with a textured white cement look, a foundation crack repair system for concrete and masonry walls, a leaking crack repair method, and a repair system for water and waste lines that pass through foundation walls. Crack repair starts by cutting the crack open with a chipping hammer before it is sealed with epoxy. Repairs and services come with a 2, 5 or 10 year warranty that transfers to a new owner, and the coating system carries a 10 year warranty. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars.
