Waterproof Caulking & Restoration, LLC

Waterproof Caulking & Restoration, LLC works on buildings rather than basements, mostly commercial. Its main services are exterior and interior caulking, specialty sealants, residential caulking, masonry repair and restoration, and power washing. The waterproofing side covers below-grade, damp-proofing, and sheet and fluid-applied systems, described for new construction, using membranes, drainage boards and foundation protection. The owner works from Phoenixville and takes bids across southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey within about 75 miles of the shop. A free consultation is offered, and the company calls itself non-union, with direct owner access for fast bids and a safety first approach on job sites. Rated 5 from 21 Google reviews, every one of them five stars. A commercial customer review on its pages calls it one of the most trustworthy and reliable vendors, and the company invests in ongoing employee training.
